Practice 6 feet of social distancing, regardless if you are wearing a mask.
Wear masks in public and health care facilities. A three-layer mask is recommended at this time.
Stay home when you are sick and use the BC Self-Assessment Tool to determine if you should seek medical attention to determine if you need a COVID test.
If you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, contact and follow Public Health Guidance, you may be required to self-isolate for 14 days depending on your exposure.

Healty Tips
1) Stay active within your abilities. Health Canada recommends the average person gets 150 minutes of exercise per week. If you are not sure if you can or should do this, please contact your physician.
2) Eat a health well balanced diet. Please review to the New Canada Food Guide.
3) Screen Time should be limited to less than two hours per day and child under ten years old should be limited to less than 1hr per day and children under two years, screen time should be avoided.
